Registration Note

We have moved all event registrations to Impexium, a quick and easy solution to link your NABC Membership account and Event registrations. If you don’t have an Impexium account, no worries! Simply click on “Create an Account” on the login page and Impexium will walk you through setting it up. All of the events are a la carte so feel free to pick and choose what you’d like to attend!

Group Registration Info

Please use the Group Registration option to register more than one individual within your organization at the same time. You may also have individuals within your organization register individually. Please note, group registration is limited to your organization. If you would like to register an industry partner (Grower, Supplier, Trade Organization etc.), please have them create an Impexium account, if they don’t already have one, so they can individually register.

How to Register a Guest

Guest Registration is for individuals not related to your organization (i.e. Spouse/Partner).

Attendee Registration Cancellation Policy

NABC will issue a full refund of the registration fee for written cancellation requests received by September 8, 2025. NABC will not issue refunds after this date, but you can transfer your registration to a colleague at no charge. Requests to deviate from this policy will be taken on a case-by-case basis. All written requests should be emailed to Stacy Plarr at [email protected].

The 2025 Blueberry Convention will take place at the Westin Seattle Hotel. While the deadline for our group rate has passed, please contact the Westin Seattle Hotel directly to check availability and pricing. Be sure to mention the NABC Convention!
