Set up:
Wednesday, October 8: 8 AM – 3 PM
Tear Down*:
Friday, October 10: 3 – 5 PM
If you need to tear down at a different time, this must be pre-approved by Mandy Boarman. Exhibitors who abandon their booth outside of these times will be subject to penalty.
Exhibitor’s Welcome Reception
Wednesday, October 8: 4:30 – 5:00 PM
Join us for a special Exhibitor’s Welcome Reception as a thank you for being part of the Blueberry Convention! This 30-minute event is the perfect opportunity to unwind with a drink before we officially open the showroom floor. We look forward to kicking off the event with you!
Blueberry Lane Hours:
Wednesday, October 8: 5-6 PM (Welcome Reception)
Thursday, October 9: 7 AM – 5 PM
Friday, October 10: 7 AM – 3 PM
Stroll Down Blueberry Lane:
Stroll Down Blueberry Lane hours are dedicated times when attendees can fully engage with the exhibitors on Blueberry Lane without any overlapping meetings. During these hours, exhibitors should plan to be available to connect, share insights, and showcase offerings. Refreshments will be served along the Lane to encourage relaxed conversations and meaningful interactions between attendees and exhibitors. It’s the perfect opportunity to network and discover all that Blueberry Lane has to offer!
Strolling Hours: Thursday and Friday: 9-10 AM, 1:30-2:30 PM
Please note all exhibitors must register for the event through the general registration process. To secure a badge only, simply skip over any of the ticketed items!
Booth Sizing and Pricing
- Basic Booth – 8′ x 8′
- NABC Member (2025 dues must be current): $2,500
- Non Member: $3,500
- Expanded Booth – 16′ x 8′
- NABC Member (2025 dues must be current): $5.000
- Non Member: $6.000
All booths on Blueberry Lane come with:
- chairs (two for basic, four for expanded)
- one power strip
- six foot table (one for basic, two for expanded)
